What We Do

We specialize in working with teams who design, consult, and construct outdoor recreation amenities that are ADA accessible, or “wheelchair / adaptive equipment friendly”. Whether it be to enhance a community park, develop a trail system, build an accessible campground, fishing plat forms, site foundation, earthmoving, or building modifications we can help you build a functioning space that looks great and works for the disability community. We also do work on projects where we blend ADA and “wheelchair friendly” spaces together. For instance, a campground with facilities might be built to ADA specifications, but natural surface trails leaving the campground can be built with considerations that allow access for adaptive equipment and adventurous wheelchair users. From the initial design phase to project completion, we work closely with private businesses, communities, municipalities, park managers, and developers to create spaces that are welcoming, safe, and functional for all visitors.
